e3 group workshops are interactive sessions where business owners and e3 consultants come up with ways to address a real business problem(s). Participants attend 8 sessions over a 4 month period.

The program is intended to help small business owners discover new strategies in the areas of Information, Service and Process, and discuss general ways to apply these strategies. Problems are discussed in an open, confidential forum that's built on a foundation of mutual trust. The true value of the workshop comes from the support, feedback and advice attendees receive from their peers. Workshops also serve a networking purpose as small business owners from different industries collaborate and share best practices. Class size is limited to a maximum of 8 participants per session.
